IMPACT OF APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO “LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT” IN MANAGING ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
This paper examines the impact of applying the tools of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the HR function of Learning & Development(L&D) in managing employees in organizations. L&D being a crucial function of the HR department in order to upgrade & chisel the Knowledge,Skills& attitude (KSA) ,of employees in organization. The elements of AI namely are explored to comprehend the applicability of these elements to the crucial task of upgrading & energizing the employees within. The critical factors of comprehending its strategic relevance , creating an effective self learning pace would ensure developing employees having a self starter’s initiative, being responsible , developing ‘an owning up’ attitude’ towards their work & subsequently towards their career.
