Leucocytes Telomere Length (Δ Ct Value) is Inversaly Proposhional in Male Type 2 Diabetes (Controlled & Uncontrolled) with Microalbuminuria in Rural Area of Western Maharashtra

Abstract
Microalbuminuria is a common complication of diabetes ,affecting almost 30to 50 % of patients with T2DM.We found classical Kimmestiel Wilson 60% ,Ischemic nephropathy 13% & Primary kidney disease with superimpose diabetes in 27% .CKD patients are much more porn to develop superimposed acute kidney injury (AKI) often triggered by infections, administration of redioconstract hypovolemia etc.AKI in T2DMis associated with a high mortality. Telomeres the tandem repeats TTAGGG of DNA sequence at the end of eukaryotic chromosomes undergo attrition with each cell division and there length an indicator of the replicative potential of somatic cells. Inflammation & oxidative stress accelerate the rate of T2DM& telomere attrition. Telomere length is also reduced in T2DM with microalbuminuria. The hypothesis we tested herein is that the leucocytes telomere length is shorter in subjects with type 2 diabetes who have MA in comparison with diabetic subject without MA in addition we looked for telomere length is more shorter in Uncontrolled T2DM then Controlled T2DM. To examine telomere length (Δ ct value) between controlled & uncontrolled T2DM with & without Microalbuminuria (MA) with different parameters i.e. HbA1c, Hypertension, waist to hip ratio, age & BMI. A total 90 men with type 2 diabete, 45 Controlled & 45 Uncontrolled with & without MA (age 30 to 60 years) is studied. Δ ct value is determine in white blood cells MA is measured in the range of 30 to 300 mg.HaA1c is assessed using nyco card .Markers of hypertension and BMI ,waist to hip ratio is also measure Keywords - T2DM- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, MA- Microalbuminuria ,HbA1c- Glycated hemoglobin, ,CKD-Chronic Kidney Diseases, ,ESRD-End stage Renal Disease AKI- Acute Kidney Injury, BMI- Body Mass Index ACE Inhibitorangiotensin- Converting Enzyme Inhibitor,.
