Reduction of Defective Parts of Oil Seal Production using Six Sigma Methodology
The main objective of this analysis is to improve the efficiency of oil seal production. Since defective products is considered as one of the main factors contributing to the magnitude of production efficiency, it is being considered as the factor to be reduced. This is performed by employment of lean six sigma which is a well known tool for problem solving scenarios. The DMAIC methodologies aids in understanding the flow of process and detection of flaws in such manufacturing processes.
