A Study on Consumer Behavior towards Online Shopping
Online shopping has been a growing phenomenon in all across the world. It has changed the way consumers shop for good & services. Consumers are using online shopping not just to buy goods and services, but also to browse online shops or to attain knowledge about potential purchases and comparison of their desired. Online shopping is the process whereby consumers directly buy goods and services from a seller interactively in real-time without an intermediary service over the internet. Consumers can visit online stores from the comfort of their homes and shop as they sit in front of the computer. With one click, customers can glance, the information regarding the product and services. The main objectives of the study are to perception with reference to awareness and satisfaction.
This research also helps to assess the ability of shopping sites in order to attract and retain the customer, to analyze the shift in buying behavior and to explore the reasons Here we had studied the attitude, behavior and intentions shown by the consumers when they decide to buy products online. The research methodology was exploratory and descriptive. Most of the companies are running their online entrance to sell their products and services in special festival offers. Through online consumers, buying behavior is very common with the global market. The increasing use of internet and mobile phone by the young/new generation in India provides an emerging prospect for online consumers. Consumer is always looking to the part of marketers who provide him a best in terms of brands, money, quality, time and secure to buying. In this research may faster growth of Indian online consumers buying behavior in future.
