Paper Title
Experimental Study of Microchannel Heat Sink with Secondary Flow and Pin Fins

Abstract
Enhanced microchannel employed with secondary flow and pin fins is studied experimentally for heat flux and Reynolds number ranging from 65 to 200 W/cm² and 835 to 1611 respectively. Boundary layer reinitialization takes place at edge of secondary channel and better fluid mixing takes place in the microchannel which and increases the heat transfer due to decrease in thickness of thermal boundary layer. The combined effects of secondary flow and pin fins on Nusselt number and friction factor are analyzed. The result shows that there is continuous increase in Nusseltnumber and decrease in friction factor with flow rate and heat flux. Keywords - Enhanced Microchannel, Secondary Channels, Pin Fins
