Paper Title
Study of Geogrid Reinforced Soil Retaining Wall & Its Comparison with R.C.C. Retaining Wall with Respect To Cost & Time

Abstract
Reinforced earth is a substance made by the combination of earth and steel for reinforcement. The reinforced soil is obtained by placing extensible or inextensible materials such as metal strips or polymer reinforcement within the soil in order to obtain the properties necessary. During this investment a general comparative analysis was also conducted regarding the cost and length of each technique. Soil retention was a issue faced by mankind from yesteryear. Man has tried out different ways in his research for the better results. To maintain large soil masses ranging from bamboo wood and alternative to random detritus masonry. When time passes progressed RCC retaining wall has become the foremost commonly sought after solution with the advent of recent technologies and materials, technology has sought improved methods of maintaining heavy soil masses.RE wall using Geogrid is a modern soil retention technology that has been widely used worldwide in recent years but implementation in India is not up to the mark. Here is the paper focuses on the study of RCC walls and Geogrid retaining walls for cost and time usage comparative purposes. Keywords - RE Wall, RCC Retaining Wall, Geogrid technology, Construction Time and Cost, Soil.
