Paper Title
Power Maximization Strategy for PMSG based Wind Energy Conversion System Integrating Battery Energy Storage

Abstract
In this paper the investigation of a Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) in light of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) and interconnected to the electric network is portrayed. Hill Climb Search (HCS) based Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller is utilized to track the most extreme power from the wind system. HCS is an iterative algorithm that begins with a self-assertive answer for an issue, at that point attempts to locate a superior solution by making out an incremental improvement to the previous solution. The proposed network includes a battery connected between rectifier and inverter. The battery storage provides a rapid response for either charging/discharging the network and also acts as a constant voltage source for the critical load in the network. Whenever the fault will occur the battery will inject the voltage in to the system. By using Mat-lab/Simulink results have shown the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy for WECS based on the PMSG. Keywords - WECS, PMSG, MPPT Techniques, HCS, Battery Energy Storage.
