An Empirical Study on NEP 2020 with Special Reference to ECCE and the Effects on the Stakeholders

Abstract
Education plays a phenomenal role in building nation; and it becomes a deciding factor for the future of the youth, the destiny of its people. The impact will be a long-lasting one in terms of growth and development of the society, its citizens and the nation at large. The role of education and its importance cannot be ignored in today’s ever changing and challenging settings. The growth and development in this sector can be seen while we compare the pre independence and post - independence era. Now after 34 years,Education Ministry and the Indian government have addressed the issues and have shown a route to change the way we study, and this is the third amendment in the education policy. Many changes have been proposed in the education system across all levels in the light of National Education Policy 2020 that would certainly affect all stakeholders positively and constructively. In this paper we are going to have further insight about National Education Policy 2020 with special reference to ECCE that is Early Childhood Care and Education and how this changedparadigm shall be beneficial to the students and facilitators.
