E- Wireless Multiple Bulletin Boards With Live Video Streaming

Abstract
Notice Board is widely used everywhere in day to day life. It is used in institution, organization or public utility places such as bus stations, railway stations, parks and shopping malls. But sticking various notices day to day is difficult process, this wastes a lot of resources like ink, paper, man power and time. The aim of this project is to develop a wireless notice board that displays the message sent from the Android Application. E-Wireless multiple bulletin Board with live video streaming is designed mainly using ESP32-CAM wifi module, Arduino UNO and Light Emitting Diode (LED) display board. Blynk Android Application forwards the message typed by the authorized person via Blynk server to the ESP32-CAM wi-fi module, then it sends the data to Arduino UNO through UART communication then, Arduino UNO sends the data to be displayed on to the notice board through SPI communication. The video streaming from the ESP32-CAM wifi module is sent to Blynk app. Here in this project 4 different notice boards for different rooms are made, in the android App there is provision for to send the memo to individual notice board or to all notice board and possible to see live video streaming of one room at a time. The ESP32-CAM wifi module is attached 2MP OV2640 camera module, the user can obtain different video streaming of the class in the Android app. Here, Blynk App builder is used to build Android Application. Using Arduino IDE tool, ESP32-CAM and Arduino UNO is programmed. Keywords - Notice board, LED display board, Blynk server, ESP32-CAM.
