Paper Title
A Study of the Seasonal Changes in the Temperature and Dissolved Oxygen of the Surface Water of the Gaula River

Abstract
The present study is focused on the seasonal variation in the temperature and dissolved oxygen of the Gaula River during January to December 2019. The samples were collected from three different sites of the Gaula River. The main objective of this study is to find out the fluctuations in the temperature and DO during different seasons. The mean temperature and DO value at the three sampling sites were observed in the range of 12.6°C- 22.2°C and 6.4- 11.7mg/L. Both parameters were under permissible limits. The result of the temperature and DO indicate that the river water is safe for drinking purposes. Keywords - Temperature, Seasonal, Variation, Gaula River, Dissolved Oxygen.
