A Systematic Survey for Prediction of Alzheimer’s Disease using Different Machine Learning Techniques

Abstract
Alzheimer's disease is a gradual disease that starts with mild memory loss and progresses to the loss of ability to converse and respond to the surroundings. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most common diseases and It is critical to discover it early in order to prevent illness progression. Accurate and timely prediction is a major difficulty in Alzheimer's disease research. Machine learning algorithms combined with CAD algorithms have made significant progress in solving this problem in recent years. The use of machine learning algorithms combined with MRI is largely responsible for the success of these approaches. This paper gives an exhaustive survey of automated AD prediction methodologies employing MRI analysis and machine learning algorithms released in recent years. Moreover, the study conferred the open issues and challenges in AD diagnostic field along with its future perspectives.
