Paper Title
Bots, Robots and Robotics Process Automation – The Future of Facility Management in the Real Estate Sector

Abstract
A robot is a sort of automated machine that can do specified jobs quickly and precisely with little or no human assistance, it refers to electromechanical robots or virtual agents that replicate, enhance, or support human activities autonomously or in response to a set of instructions, generally using sophisticated software. Robotics science deals with the design, engineering, and operation of robots. Multiple applications are based on robots or bots in an working premises or organization like sensors and once integrated with an AI component can provide multiple features that could be used for analysis to better manage a facility, a facility can be one single office or multiple offices integrated to share a common goal. When activities are too risky, monotonous, or unsuited for human labour, robots can be deployed. However, these aren't simply physical robots; they're also virtual agents, known as RPA (Robotic Process Automation). These are becoming more popular, and they provide significant work alleviation in extremely repetitive corporate procedures. Within the confines of specified instructions, robots can act largely autonomously. The analysis can provide results combined or in a stand-alone format for future planning and strategy creation. In this research paper, we focus on three chief questions: 1) What is the current knowledge, 2) What is the organization adoption, 3) Future analysis in deciding which solutions the technology will solve, advantages and disadvantages using robots which will finally help us determine core data values bots can bring in while integration and determine the needs of future of facility management. The above are specific to Corporate and Commercial Real Estate and deeper in the facility management sector that provides values to enterprise organizations.
