Investigating the Relationship between Sleep Composites and Mental and Physical Health

Abstract
Throughout life, sleep is a vital physiological phenomenon. Sleeping well enough is essential for both physical and mental well-being. There are various health problems related to sleep disorders according to the data collected by the World Health Organization and medical research center. The main objective of this study is to investigate prospectively how sleep composites and mental and physical health are related. In mental and physical health, we have limited our scope to depression and heart disease respectively. Along with predicting potential links and variables associated with outcomes connected to various sleep composites, the study also aims to analyze the various symptoms that people experience in relation to their sleep patterns. We investigated the numerous methods used by various researchers, including the various processing techniques and algorithms. As a result, it was found that individual aspects of poor sleep can be detrimental to health. Having more sleep health problems was found to be associated with a higher risk of heart disease, anxiety and depressive disorders.
