Abstract
Abstract - Since the dawn of civilization, people have experienced a number of things that have drastically altered society and had an effect on how well they were doing. But COVID-19 came out as something that many had never expected. The COVID-19 pandemic has undeniably brought unprecedented challenges that have affected different facets of life. No one had ever imagined how it was going to affect life in general. Sudden shifting from classroom to remote reaching has brought different thwarts into female educator’s lives. But there is a saying that every beginning has its end, and so does COVID-19. The work-life balance of female teachers is one of many areas of life that have been dramatically altered by the post-COVID era. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the pandemic affects the work-life balance of female teachers. This study aims to comprehend the difficulties female teachers encounter when juggling work and personal obligations after COVID-19. This study intends to offer insights on the post-pandemic work-life balance changes faced by females by analysing the current literature, conducting empirical studies, and conducting surveys and interviews. This research aims to provide insights into the post-pandemic work-life balance of female teachers and offer recommendations to the school administration, policymakers, and educators for enhancing the well-being of female teachers in such unprecedented situations.
