LEAN HEALTHCARE IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF PATIENT SATISFACTION IN A COMPANY THAT MANAGES OTUPATIENT CARE
Abstract
Abstract - This article aims to implement the Lean Healthcare engineering technique on management in dermatology outpatient clinics. It was concluded that the implementation of Lean Healthcare can greatly contribute to the improvement of the internal processes of clinics; from the patient´s arrival, care, and departure.
The research methods used to achieve the objectives included an analysis of literature on the topic, success stories and the collection of onsite information. Data the same company in previous periods were used, analyzed, and compared with the results obtained in the cases from the literature itself.
