Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is on the rise across several industries, including the automotive, medical, educational, and scientific ones. And now it's even in the marketing phase. Opportunities in marketing and research are being opened up by the rapid growth of AI. The goal of implementing AI into marketing is to enhance the customer journey and anticipate their next purchase decision. Big data, machine learning, and strong solutions are the building blocks of artificial intelligence. These components reveal the power of AI:
1. Marketers leverage big data to their advantage by automating data aggregation and segmentation processes. Customers will receive the material at the optimal moment thanks to this segmented data.
2. Machine learning allows marketers to mine a plethora of facts for meaningful insights that may inform customer behavior and buy decisions (ML).
3. The ability of robots to mimic human thought and comprehension is a hallmark of the contemporary era, which is necessary for the development of effective solutions. With the data at their disposal, robots can readily deduce customer behavior and provide satisfying solutions.
