Paper Title
Web Based Facial Recognition and Authentication

Abstract
Web-based facial recognition and authentication have gained significant attention in recent years due to the growing need for secure and convenient identity verification methods. This technology utilizes advanced algorithms to capture, analyze, and compare facial features for authentication purposes. The primary goal is to accurately verify the identity of individuals accessing online services or digital platforms, mitigating the risk of unauthorized access and fraudulent activities. The web-based approach allows users to conveniently access and utilize the system from any location, using devices such as smartphones, tablets, or computers with internet connectivity. The process involves capturing the user's facial image through the device's camera, then extracting and encrypting facial features to ensure privacy and security. The encrypted data is transmitted securely to a cloud-based server for processing, where it is compared to a stored database of registered users. The matching algorithm evaluates the similarity between the captured image and the stored templates, providing a confidence score for authentication.
