SPARKING INDIA’S ECONOMIC RENAISSANCE : THE POWER OF YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND START-UP DYNAMISM

Abstract
A thought-provoking overview of the critical role of young entrepreneurs and India's thriving start-up ecosystem in driving economic growth, innovation, and job creation, supported by rigorous research methodology. India's economic landscape has changed dramatically in recent years, owing to the rise of young entrepreneurs and a thriving start-up culture. This phenomenon has not only upset old company practices but has also fueled innovation, resulting in economic development and job prospects. This study examines the critical role of young entrepreneurs and the start-up ecosystem in defining India's economic future, based on secondary data sources such as government papers, industry publications, and academic research. The study takes a mixed-methods approach, integrating secondary data analysis from credible sources with primary data gathering through interviews and surveys of key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem. The findings show that young entrepreneurs have a distinct combination of creative thinking, risk-taking appetite, and technological competence, allowing them to discover and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. Furthermore, the proliferation of incubators, accelerators, and venture capital firms has created a favorable climate for start-ups to flourish. However, problems such as access to capital, regulatory obstacles, and talent acquisition remain, requiring concerted efforts by governments and business leaders. Young entrepreneurs and the start-up culture have emerged as key drivers of economic revolution in India. By creating an atmosphere that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship, India can realize its full potential and position itself as a global leader in the start-up ecosystem. Sustained efforts from all stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, and business leaders, are essential for developing and maintaining this dynamic sector, assuring its long-term viability and contribution to the nation's economic progress.
