Effect of Using Visual art as a Wellbeing Technique on Interpersonal Relationships in Young Adults.

Abstract
The present paper attempts to bring forth the awareness and understanding of interpersonal relationships in young adults using two distinct tools, an IOS (Inclusion of others with self) Scale and a visual art technique of mask making as well as a self-made questionnaire on the activity. The data was analyzed and there were a few significant findings, a) males show a significant difference on the IOS scale as compared to females on interpersonal relationships and b) there is also an impact of age and interpersonal relationships among both genders.
