Abstract
This research delves into the pivotal role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in driving environmental sustainability within organizations through the use of digital HR technology. It examines the intersection of GHRM practices and environmental performance, highlighting the benefits and challenges of integrating sustainability into HR management. The study outlines a strategic implementation framework, detailing steps such as evaluating organizational readiness, aligning green policies with corporate objectives, and fostering employee engagement in sustainability efforts. The findings reveal that GHRM practices lead to significant benefits, including cost savings, enhanced corporate reputation, increased innovation, improved employee satisfaction, and a stronger alignment with organizational values. However, the transition to GHRM is not without challenges, including high initial costs, resistance to change, and the need for specialized expertise.
