Abstract
The digital era is revolutionizing the working techniques of Enterprises from new, small to large. This transformation introduces challenges for the young entrepreneurs who are the leads of the organisation prompting them to delve into adaptation of new changes and building methods for their team members to overcome them.Thus, the leaders of new start-ups essentially call for the advanced changes and create a base for strong leadership as the conventional practice of leadership may not fulfil the requirement of this span of time change. Hence, the study of Leadership in digital transformation with challenges is scarce. This paper on secondary data emphasis upon the challenges faced by leaders in Digital transformation, explores the strategies to overcome, and highlights effective leadership in this digital period.
