Paper Title
Fetal Neonatal Infantile Aortic Valve Balloon dilatation (AVBD) followed by Ross-Konno procedure (Case Report)

Abstract
Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) refers to a group of anomalies of the heart defined by underdevelopment or absence of the left ventricle and accounts for 23% of neonatal deaths from congenital heart malformations. Timely intervention in a fetus diagnosed with critical aortic stenosis can prevent the progression to HLHS development, which otherwise would occur. We present a casewherein Ross-Konno procedure has been performed successfully following a fetal AVBD. To the best of our knowledge, there is no international published literature documenting this outcome. Keywords - HypoplasticLeft Heart Syndrome, AVBD, Ross-Konno, Aortic Stenosis, Fetal
