Paper Title
SPATIAL ALIENATION IN THE POETRY OF AL-BARDOUNI
Abstract
Through a close examination of selected poems by Al-Bardouni, this paper investigates how the poet articulates feelings of spatial alienation, portraying a sense of rootlessness, disorientation, and longing for a sense of place and belonging. Al-Bardouni's verses serve as a poignant reflection on the ruptures in personal and collective geographies, the loss of familiar landscapes, and the search for a sense of home in an increasingly fragmented and dislocated world.
