Paper Title
TOWARDS HUMAN-LEVEL INTELLIGENCE: FOUNDATIONS, CHALLENGES, AND ETHICAL PATHWAYS FOR ARTIFICIAL GENERAL INTELLIGENCE (AGI)

Abstract
This paper is based on the future of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) in depth. In the recent era of Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI), AGI aims to develop human-like, flexible cognitive abilities capable of successfully solving a wide array of complex problems. This paper provides a complete review of the foundational concepts of AGI, an analysis of the various methodologies of AGI research, and a brief discussion on the technical, ethical, and societal challenges directly associated with its enhancement. It also presents a roadmap that indicates the value of ethical frameworks, strong safety protocols, and collaborative interdisciplinary work to show the development of AGI in a responsible manner. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential impacts of AGI and the framework needed to ensure its safe and beneficial integration into society.
