Paper Title
DESIGN, SIMULATION, AND VALIDATION OF AUTOMATED TRIPOD JACK WITH PLC CONTROLLED SYSTEM.
Abstract
This paper details the simulation and validation of an automated tripod jack, focusing on enhancing precision, safety, and control in heavy lifting applications. The paper involves comprehensive design processes, engineering calculations, and simulations to achieve a robust, efficient, and automated lifting mechanism. A two-stage hydraulic cylinder, controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), is developed to meet specific load-bearing requirements, ensuring synchronized movement and stability. Performance metrics are validated through simulations under various loading conditions, demonstrating the design’s effectiveness. This study offers an indepth analysis of the hydraulic, structural, and control system aspects vital for advanced lifting applications, highlighting the system’s capabilities and potential limitations
