AI’S EXPANDING ROLE IN PATIENT-DOCTOR COMMUNICATION
Abstract
The entire project presents a modified version of telecommunication between doctor and patient by adding an automated consultant expert doctor for that specific field and an appointment is booked according to the patient’s data analyzed during face-to-face communication, the doctor can easily analyze the data to treat the patient within a particular time to reduce the risk of the patient. And also doctors can obtain the data through EHR to get patient’s historical data for better treatment processes. In this paper, we present the creation of a progressive web application that enables patients to access healthcare information, communicate with physicians in real-time, and schedule appointments. By using NLP, the chatbot can understand the patient's health issues by mastering the human language.
