Abstract
People are the heart of every organization. People are assembled in clusters or teams. Thus the teams eventually form into a very solid organizational structure .Training and development is an integral part of the Human developmental process .Organizational dynamics runs with the teams and their behavior .It is all about their performances. Line Managers, Unit Heads ,Colleague everyone worries about the work .Work stress takes a toll on working professionals disrupting work life balance irrespective of any industry .Numerous Surveys have revealed that working professionals in logistics industry feel that its stress level is very high due to numerous reasons like :Pay ,Long Working Hours ,Stressful Operations etc. One and the best way to reduce the stress in the logistics industry is by building high performance teams via training and development.Also Logistics industry is booming globally due to its importance from other sectors like retail ,manufacturing,Quick Commerce etc.Thus its very important to focus on Logistics industry .This paper will educate logistical organizations on building high performance teams.
