Paper Title
TRANSFORMING TRADITIONAL PEDAGOGY: INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR HOLISTIC AND INCLUSIVE LEARNING IN INDIAN EDUCATION

Abstract
The Indian education system predominantly relies on theoretical knowledge, often overlooking the importance of practical skills, critical thinking, and creativity. Through detailed observations of primary, secondary, and senior secondary schools, this research identifies systemic limitations such as outdated curricula, fixed timetables, and lack of student engagement. The paper compares these practices with international systems that prioritize hands-on learning, student-centered approaches, and flexible schedules. Based on this analysis, the study suggests reforms such as random seating arrangements to foster peer interaction, flexible timetables for holistic development, and adaptive pedagogical techniques to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The proposed changes aim to enhance students' creativity, critical thinking, and readiness for future challenges, ultimately aiming for a more balanced, globally competitive education system.
