Paper Title
Analyzing Work-Life Balance and Perceived Social Support in Employees Across Metropolitan Areas

Abstract
This study examines the interplay between work-life balance (WLB) and perceived social support (PSS) among employees in India's metropolitan cities. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional design, the research investigates how these constructs correlate and vary across demographic groups and urban contexts. Data were collected from full-time employees across industries using validated scales for WLB and PSS. Results reveal significant city-specific variations in WLB but consistent PSS levels across locations, highlighting the contextual influence of urban work cultures. The findings underscore the need for tailored organizational strategies to enhance employee well-being, emphasizing localized interventions for WLB and standardized support for PSS.
