Paper Title
Emotion Detection for Alzheimer’s affected using Machine Learning
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease is the most common disease in old people. It is a progressive disorder. It is also a form of dementia. It also affects the nervous system of the body. One in twenty people get affected by Alzheimer's disease aged above 55. There is no specific reason that can be pointed out to be the cause of this disease. People forget everything about their lives, their friends and families, and eventually themselves. It also affects their cognitive skills and behavior. For these kinds of people, it is hard to express their feelings whether they are happy or sad or angry. By using AI and ML, this paper tries to identify emotions of the patientsby interpreting facial expressions, vocal tones, and physiological signals. This not only helps the affected patient, but it also helps the caretakers. With the integration of blockchain technology, we are here limiting access for the data that is retrieved from the patients. This ensures data security, integrity, and confidentiality. This approach maximizes accuracy in emotion detection and also establishes a strong and secure data management system.
