Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming employee performance management by automating data collection, providing real-time feedback, and enhancing decision-making. AI-driven performance management systems use machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to evaluate employee productivity, identify skill gaps, and recommend personalized development plans. These systems minimize human biases, improve employee engagement, and align individual goals with organizational objectives. However, challenges such as data privacy, ethical concerns, and resistance to AI adoption must be addressed.
