Paper Title
Blockchain-Based Real Estate Management Systems
Abstract
This paper introduces a decentralized real estate management system built on Layer 2 blockchain technology, specifically tailored for the Indian real estate market. The system aims to tackle key challenges in the industry, such as a lack of transparency, fraud, and inefficiency in transaction processes. By leveraging blockchain's decentralized nature, the system enhances trust and security in real estate transactions. A notable feature is the integration of a blockchain-based offline payment protocol that enables the use of centralized currencies, like the Indian Rupee, for real estate deals. This protocol allows users to make payments using traditional methods while ensuring these transactions are securely verified and recorded on-chain. By addressing issues of trust, transparency, and efficiency, this system provides a robust solution to the unique problems faced by the Indian real estate sector, fostering greater adoption of blockchain technology in traditional real estate practices.
