Lpg Gas Level Detection and Automatic Booking Notification Using IoT

Abstract
The increasing domestic use of LPG cylinders for cooking necessitates an efficient and safe method to monitor gas levels and ensure timely refills. This project presents an IoT-based LPG Gas Level Detection and Automatic Booking Notification system that continuously monitors the weight of the gas cylinder using a load cell and HX711 module. The system calculates the remaining gas and alerts users when the level drops below a critical threshold. It also includes a gas leakage detection feature using an MQ series sensor to enhance household safety. Upon detecting a low gas level or leakage, the system sends alerts through a GSM module via SMS and triggers a buzzer for immediate local warning. Simultaneously, it uses Wi-Fi connectivity to push refill requests to an LPG dealer's website or cloud server, automating the booking process. Real-time data is displayed on an LCD, offering user-friendly feedback.
