Paper Title
Evaluation and Comparative Analysis of Adder Designs in Cadence

Abstract
Digital adder is a fundamental combinational circuit used in digital electronics to perform binary addition. Adders are crucial components in arithmetic logic units (ALUs). Different Adders are implemented and performance analysis is done in this paper. The Brent-Kung adder is a high-speed parallel prefix adder that efficiently computes binary addition by minimizing the delay in carry propagation. Brent Kung Adder (BKA), Carry Look Ahead Adder (CLA) and Ripple Carry Adder (RCA) are implemented and performance analysis is done. The designs have been simulated in 180nm technology using Cadence tool. Delay and power consumed for different adder circuits compared in this paper. Keywords - Arithmetic Logic Units, Brent-Kung Adder, Carry Look-Ahead Adder, Ripple Carry Adder.
