Abstract
Forensic linguistics plays a crucial role in identifying and analysing hate speech, which can incite violence and deepen societal divides. This study examines the application of forensic linguistic techniques in detecting language patterns targeted at specific groups or races. Byexploring historical cases, including the use of dehumanizing terms during theRWANDA Genocide, this research highlights the methodologies employed to uncover harmful narratives, such as text analysis, discourse evaluation, and linguistic profiling. The findings underscore the importance of linguistic evidence in legal proceedings and social conflict resolution, aiming to foster justice, accountability, and societal harmony.
