FROM SEO TO GEO : TRANSFORMING DIGITAL MARKETING WITH GENERATIVE ENGINE OPTIMIZATION

Abstract
There are a lot of changes taking place in digital marketing with the emergence of a new SEO phenomena known as Generative Engine Optimization or GEO. Using generative artificial intelligence, GEO optimizes content for the artificial intelligence search environments, helping businesses create content that is relevant to users’ search queries in context. The differences between GEO and SEO in terms of methodologies, the way GEO improves targeting, raises the engagement of users, and increases the demand for AI developments. In this respect, evaluating how generative AI can process and deliver information over time, GEO provides marketers with a flexible resource for sustaining the organization’s commerce across the digital landscape.
