Paper Title
A Circular Fractal Rectenna with RF Energy Harvesting Mechanism

Abstract
A circular fractal rectenna optimized for RF energy harvesting at the 2.45 GHz ISM band is designed and analyzed in this research. The suggested solution combines a high efficiency rectifier circuit with a small circular fractal antenna to transform ambient radio frequency energy into useful DC power. With a bandwidth of 0.07 GHz, a maximum gain of 5.1 dBi, and a return loss of 26 dB, the antenna ensures efficient signal reception and impedance matching at the desired frequency. Using a Schottky diode, the rectifying circuit produces a DC output voltage of 1.664 V with power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 70.07% when the input RF strength is 5 dBm. This rectenna's efficient rectifier circuit and fractal geometry work together to power wireless sensor networks and low power Internet of Things devices, advancing the development of battery free, energy autonomous systems.
