Paper Title
"The Role of Digital Transformation in Enhancing Organizational Agility and Competitive Advantage: A Strategic Perspective (2025)"

Abstract
As digital technologies evolve in 2025, organizations are redefining their competitive edge around agility, resilience, and intelligence. The acceleration of artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) has shifted digital transformation (DT) from an operational upgrade to a core strategic capability. This study explores the strategic role of digital transformation in enhancing organizational agility and sustaining competitive advantage in the post-pandemic, AI-driven economy. Drawing from recent case analyses across retail, finance, and healthcare—including Amazon, Ping An, Tesla, and Philips the paper demonstrates how digital transformation fosters responsiveness, predictive decision-making, and operational efficiency. The research emphasizes that digital transformation succeeds only when embedded in organizational strategy and supported by adaptive culture, leadership, and digital literacy. Despite progress, challenges persist in 2025, including resistance to change, legacy system dependencies, and workforce skill gaps. The study concludes that long-term competitiveness in this digital era depends on three pillars: strategic alignment of digital initiatives, continuous innovation, and the human-AI collaboration that enables true organizational agility.
