Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology that is reshaping the future workforce. By automating routine and repetitive tasks, enhancing productivity, and supporting data-driven decision-making, AI is changing how organizations operate and how employees perform their jobs. While some traditional job roles are being modified, AI is also creating new opportunities that require advanced skills, creativity, and adaptability. This paper examines the impact of AI on employment patterns, skill requirements, and workplace dynamics, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption. It emphasizes the importance of reskilling, ethical implementation, and human–AI collaboration to ensure sustainable and inclusive workforce development in the future.
