PREPARING THE NEXT-GENERATION WORKFORCE FOR AN AI ERA

Abstract
This paper discusses the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a game changer for the future workforce. AI is transforming traditional job roles by automating routine tasks and creating new opportunities in technology-driven fields. The study focuses on the impact of AI on business and IT sectors, the benefits it offers to the workforce, and the challenges associated with its adoption. The paper also highlights the importance of education and skill development in preparing individuals for an AI-driven work environment. Secondary data from journals, reports, and online sources has been used for analysis. The findings suggest that while AI may replace certain jobs, it also creates new roles that require advanced skills and continuous learning.
