Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the future workforce by changing how work is performed and managed. It automates routine tasks, improves productivity, and supports better decision-making across organizations. AI has shifted traditional work systems towards smart and technology-driven environments. While it creates new job opportunities and enhances efficiency, it also raises challenges such as job displacement, skill gaps, and economic inequality. AI is now widely applied in sectors like retail, healthcare, education, marketing, and e-commerce. This paper highlights AI as a game changer for the future workforce and emphasizes the need for reskilling and adaptability to ensure effective human–AI collaboration.
