Abstract
This paper presents the topic AI: A GAME CHANGER FOR FUTURE WORKFORCE that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a transformative technology that allows machines to learn from data, make decisions, and solve problems similarly to humans. It is considered a "game changer" for the future workforce because it fundamentally alters how work is performed and how jobs are created. By Human-AI Collaboration the future workforce is expected to be a collaborative environment where AI handles data-driven tasks while humans focus on high-value areas like critical thinking, and complex decision-making.
