Abstract

This paper examines the dual-natured impact of AI, acting as both a catalyst for unprecedented productivity and a disruptor of traditional employment structures. The core of this transformation lies in Human-AI Collaboration, where "Agentic AI" moves beyond basic automation to function as proactive "digital colleagues" capable of reasoning and independent task execution. While routine-heavy roles in data entry, manufacturing, and middle management face significant displacement, AI is simultaneously creating a surge in demand for novel roles such as AI Ethics Officers, Prompt Engineers, and Human-AI Orchestrators.
