Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way organizations operate and how employees perform their work. This paper discusses the role of AI as a major driver of change in the future workforce, especially in business and management sectors. AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and automation tools are improving productivity, decision-making, and service quality. While AI creates opportunities through new job roles and skill development, it also presents challenges like job displacement and skill gaps. This study highlights the importance of AI for business organizations and explains how future managers must adapt to an AI-driven environment.
