Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the nature of work, reshaping job roles, skill requirements, and organizational structures across industries. This paper discusses AI as a game changer for the future workforce by analyzing its impact on productivity, decision-making, automation, and human–machine collaboration. AI-driven technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and robotics are enabling faster operations, smarter decision-making, and the creation of new employment opportunities while also posing challenges such as job displacement and skill gaps.
