Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an important part of today’s working world. This study focuses on how AI is changing the future workforce by improving speed, accuracy, and efficiency at work. AI helps reduce manual and repetitive tasks and supports better decision-making. It also creates new job opportunities while changing the skills required for employees. At the same time, AI brings challenges such as the need for continuous learning and skill development. Overall, this study highlights how AI is a game changer for the future workforce and why adapting to AI is important for long-term growth.
