Abstract
This paper presents PingFixx, a unified platform for reporting and resolving local community issues. In urban and semi-urban areas, unresolved problems persist due to fragmented communication and poor coordination. Residents often rely on informal channels where issues are discussed without structured tracking or accountability. As a result, reported problems are delayed, duplicated, or left unresolved over time.PingFixx integrates structured issue reporting with discussion forums and real-time communication.The platform enables transparent tracking of issue status and collaboration among stakeholders.The major objective of PingFixx is to improve responsiveness and efficiency in community problem resolution.
