Paper Title
Vault Chain: A Block Chain-Driven Personal Password Manager

Abstract
Centralized password managers offer convenience but remain exposed to single points of failure and data-breach incidents. The rapid growth of blockchain technology provides a distributed and tamper-evident medium suitable for secure credential storage. This paper presents VaultChain, a decentralized password management framework that stores client-sideencrypted credentials in user-owned smart-contract vaults and employs meta-transactions to achieve gasless user experience. The system integrates a React-Vite front-end, a Solidity-based blockchain backend, and cryptographic primitives implemented through client-side encryption. Experimental validation using Hardhat local networks confirms feasibility, while design compatibility with Polygon Amoy and Mainnet ensures scalability. The work contributes a reproducible architecture and evaluation model that balances decentralization, usability, and cost.
