Paper Title
Web Service Selection Based on Space Related QOS in Distributed Environment

Abstract
Location is an important factor for services. These services may used for a particular location or hosted in different geographical location in service oriented architecture environment. Users may require services for a particular location. In this scenario during runtime service composition service failure may occur due to mismatch of users location preference for the services. Location plays an important role in successful composition. In this paper, we have proposed location as non functional features of services which we have called as location affinity (QoS) for services. We have proposed a service selection algorithm, which is based on genetic algorithm. This uses space and time QoS attributes for selecting services including their semantic matching. We have also proposed a method to compute the location affinity of the users. Group of registries have organised on the basis of their affinity within specified service domain.
