Paper Title
Plasmonic Properties of Metal Alloy Nanoparticles and its Application

Abstract
We have investigated the optical properties of silver-aluminum metal alloy nanoparticles in an ultraviolet to visible range of electromagnetic spectrum. These optical properties are studied in terms of surface plasmon resonances (SPR) which can be tuned for desired applications by varying the compositions of silver and aluminum, particle size and surrounding media. The dipolar model has been used to study the extinction efficiency of metal alloy nanoparticle. The computation of electromagnetic near the metal nanoparticle surface under the resonance condition has also been done to visualize the actual distribution of field. We have also analyzed the SPR peak position and spectral width under the influence of various parameters domain that can be utilized for applications.
